FAQ

      Do you accept babies still in diapers?

          Preschool

          Yes. We employ a licensed childcare worker and accept infants and toddlers that aren't potty trained. We even have a few spare diapers on hand for emergencies.

      Do you provide lunch?

          Preschool & Kindergarten

          You can order a bento (Japanese boxed lunch) for ¥550 per meal. Reservations must be made at least 1 day in advance.

      Do you have a school bus?

          Yes, we have a school bus for picking up and dropping off students.

      Do you offer extended day-care services?

          Preschool & Kindergarten

          We can look after your child in 30-minute increments from 8:30am until around 6pm after the lesson ends.

      Are there make-ups for missed lessons?

          If you miss a lesson, you can take a make-up lesson as long as it is within the same year.

      Is your school insured?

          生徒さん全員を対象に、賠償責任保険に加入しています。

      What happens if my child falls ill at school?

          レッスン中体調が悪くなった場合は、速やかにご家庭へご連絡します。緊急時は最寄りの医療機関へ搬送する等対応します。


      Do you hold special events?

          Throughout the year, we hold various events such as field trips, barbecues, and parties or activities for such occasions as Halloween, Easter, Christams, etc.
